Solano Warranty Registraton

For two years from the Date of Purchase, Solano will Warrant that the professional product is in good working condition and free from defects in materials and workmanship.

The Two-Year Limited Hair Dryer Warranty covers all hair dryer repair FREE replacement of defective parts, including labor charges associated therewith.

In order to qualify for the Solano Two-Year Limited Warranty, you MUST register the product within 30 days of the purchase date by either:

(i)  completing and returning the paper warranty registration card enclosed in the box within 30 days of the date of purchase;

(ii)  completing and submitting the online registration below within 30 days of the purchase date.

In both cases, Solano Warranty Registraton requires that you maintain a copy of the original receipt.

***IMPORTANT***

The Solano Two Year Limited Warranty is only valid with a full registration and purchase from an Authorized Retailer.  Purchases from NON-AUTHORIZED retailers will void the Solano Two Year Limited Warranty.  If you have made a purchase from an unauthorized retailer and have issues with your product, contact the retailer for further assistance.

1. Normal wear and tear, such as shorts in the power supply cord or plug or excessive hair in dryer.
2. Damage due to misuse and abuse, such as wrong voltage supply, dropping or neglect in safety precautions or foreign objects inside dryer.
3. Tampering, such as repair or attempted repair by an unauthorized party.  Solano will disclaim any responsibility for damage caused to property or persons, including any incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
