RETURN POLICY
When purchasing Solano Hair Dryer, Accessories or Replacement Parts; You have 30 days from the date of delivery confirmation to issue and submit a return request. No restocking fees will apply to returns received within 30 days. Upon receipt of your return, your Refund will be processed within 7 days.
Returns beyond 30 days: All returns beyond 30 days will be charged a 25% restocking fee. This fee can be waived if you opt to exchange your product(s).

REPAIR POLICY
Once payment is made and your unit is shipped to us, technicians will inspect and make necessary repairs. If the unit is beyond repair, you will be be contacted and offered a credit towards the purchase of a new hair dryer and the hairdryer you sent will be recycled..
DELIVERY/SHIPPING
We ship our products via the USPS Ground Advantage/Priority or UPS Ground/2nd Day Air. We rely on their tracking services to maintain chain of custody of our orders. Once packages are delivered to the final destination, we are not responsible for any claims for lost, stolen or claims that package were not received when carrier tracking confirms otherwise. Shipping rates vary depending on item/quantity selected. We currently offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all Solano Hair Dryer purchases. Shipping times vary depending on the zone being shipped to. We ship orders same day, Monday-Friday, cutoff time is 3pm CST. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday, this applies to expedited and next day services.
DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
