When making purchases from SOLANO USA, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

RETURN POLICY

When purchasing a current model Solano, Solano Accessories or Replacement Parts;  You have 30 days from the date of delivery confirmation to issue a return request.  We will not honor returns beyond 30 days. All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee.  

Our Return Policy DOES NOT apply to discontinued models.

REPAIR POLICY

Once payment is made and your unit is shipped to us, technicians will inspect and make necessary repairs. If the unit is beyond repair, you will be credited $25.00 and your hairdryer will be recycled.

The above models are BRAND NEW UNBOXED units that are no longer manufactured.  They are protected by our 2-Year Warranty.  They come with no accessories.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL/NO RETURNS.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING

We ship our products via the USPS Ground Advantage/Priority or UPS Ground/2nd Day Air.  We rely on their tracking services to maintain chain of custody of our orders.  Once packages are delivered to the final destination, we are not responsible for any claims for lost, stolen or claims that package were not received when carrier tracking confirms otherwise.  Shipping rates vary depending on item/quantity selected.  We currently offer FREE  GROUND SHIPPING on all Solano Hair Dryer purchases.  Shipping times vary depending on the zone being shipped to.  

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
